A portion of the national highway in Barangay Palacapao, Quezon, Bukidnon has collapsed due to a landslide, prompting the Department of Public Works and Highways to temporarily close the road. Motorists traveling from Cagayan de Oro to Davao City are advised to take alternative routes, including going through Tagum City via Valencia City and San Fernando in Bukidnon, and Talaingod in Davao del Norte, or via Damulog, Carmen, Kabacan, Matalam, Kidapawan City, and Digos City. Those coming from Davao City can take the Arakan-Antipas-President Roxas-Kabacan-Carmen route in Cotabato or the route to Valencia City via Talaingod.
