Two weeks before the midterm elections, Trabaho (No. 106 in the ballot) made it among the top five preferred party-lists by Mindanao voters according to a pre-election survey clustered by WR Numero Research (WRN).
The ranking further improved in the Metro Manila cluster, where the pro-labor reform group emerged as the top three preferred partylist — a significant positioning for a rookie party-list.
All clusters considered, Trabaho Party-list placed 13th in the national ranking for the April 2025 survey.
A total of 1,894 registered voters participated in the latest WRN survey that was conducted from March 31 to April 7.
As Labor Day approaches, Trabaho reaffirmed its commitment to the need to decentralize economic opportunities outside of the National Capital Region (NCR) and to make the provincial wage rates competitive vis-a-vis NCR wage rates.
“We envision a more balanced economic landscape, providing Filipinos with viable employment options closer to their hometowns,” Trabaho Party-list spokesperson lawyer Mitchell-David Espiritu said. PR
