A 30-year-old woman was shot to death in the middle of a party in Sampaloc, Manila on Thursday night.
According to Jhomer Apresto’s report on “Saksi,” the victim, Carmen, was attending the party on a street in the barangay when the suspects, riding in tandem, rode into the scene and the passenger fired.
Bullets hit two others in the shooting incident.
The wounded were both barangay watchmen, one of whom was the live-in partner of the victim.
The latter even tried to run after the suspects.
Investigators are looking at a love triangle as the possible motive behind the shooting. –NB, GMA Integrated News
