A fire broke out on Sunday morning in a three-storey residential-commercial establishment located along Bambang Street in Barangay 317, Manila.
The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said that they first responded to the fire incident at 10:58 a.m., according to a Super Radyo dzBB report of Manny Vargas.
The second alarm was eventually raised at 11:03 a.m.
Bambang Street was temporarily closed to motorists to give way to firefighters battling the fire.
