A fire broke out in a residential area of Baseco compound and Bagong Barrio, Caloocan on Thursday.
According to the Manila Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, the fire near Atienza Elementary School initially reached the first alarm at 11:14 a.m. and the second alarm at 11:16 a.m.
Fourteen fire trucks, an ambulance, and nine volunteers were deployed as a “fire out” was declared at 11:51 a.m.

Meanwhile, the fire in Caloocan reached the first alarm at 10:05 a.m.
The blaze was declared under control at 10:52 a.m.
No casualties were reported in both incidents.
