CLARK FREEPORT — Clark Development Corporation (CDC) underscored its coordinated effort with partner agencies to keep facilities resilient and maintain uninterrupted services for locators, workers, and communities in the Freeport during an inspection of the Sacobia River on Wednesday.
CDC President and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera led the inspection to check water levels and assess the impact of continuous heavy rainfall. The team also discussed measures to address riverbank conditions as the enhanced Southwest Monsoon persisted.
Clark Water Corporation (CWC) General Manager Lyn Joceffin Zamora joined the inspection, affirming the utility’s commitment to maintain reliable service and safeguard essential infrastructure during adverse weather.
CDC requested equipment support from the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Regional Office 3 to reinforce infrastructure readiness and ensure continued public service.
“We are on the ground to ensure safety and continuity of services for the Clark community,” Atty. Devanadera said, noting CDC’s close coordination with partner agencies to sustain operations despite the rains.
Also present during the inspection were Engineering Services Group VP Engr. Teresito Tiotuyco, Security Services Group VP PMGen. Lina Sarmiento (Ret.), and other CDC and CWC personnel.
