PNGOC, MCFI Partner to Expand Clubfoot Treatment in Davao

This collaboration aims to provide free treatment and care for children with clubfoot in Davao and CARAGA regions. Through this initiative, MCFI will be assisted in providing clubfoot treatment using the Ponseti method, the gold standard for treating clubfoot.

“We are driven by our mission that no child with clubfoot goes untreated. This partnership allows us to expand and bring services closer to affected children,” said Chi Vallido.

Dr. Benedict Valdez of MCFI added, “We are proud to collaborate on this program that aligns with our mission of bringing medical care to underserved communities. Together, we can transform the lives of children born with clubfoot in Davao and CARAGA regions.”

The Philippine National Clubfoot Program aims to increase awareness about clubfoot, encourage early diagnosis, and build a strong network of partners around the country. Through this initiative, families can now access free, high-quality healthcare and treatment options, giving their children the opportunity for a brighter future. PR
