The suspect was identified as Marbar Cabradilla Oleda, a native of Barangay Sunog, San Francisco town on Camotes Island and an employee of a water refilling station in the said place.
In an investigation by Danao City Police Station, the 12-year-old girl was inside their rented apartment when Oleda displayed his genitalia at the door, but the girl did not seem to notice him.
But as the suspect removed his shorts and approached the victim, the youngster ran to her parents for help.
Her parents immediately called the police and reported the incident.
Oleda will be facing charges for unjust vexation in relation to Republic Act 7610 or the Child Abuse Law. (AYB, TPT)
