The Bataan Police Provincial Office (PPO) said it apprehended a 39-year old fisherman, who is facing 6 counts of rape, with no bail recommended.
Colonel Marites Salvadora, director of the Bataan PPO, said the suspect was tagged as Central Luzon’s Top 2 Most Wanted Person.
The police official said the fisherman was caught in Barangay Wawa, Abucay, Bataan recently.
The arrest of the suspect was carried out by personnel of the Abucay Municipal Police Station and CIDG Bataan. -RGN
