Additional ground troops deployed to fortify security in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao for the midterm elections have returned to their barracks, according to Western Mindanao Command spokesman Col. J-Jay Javines, who stated that the troops were sent back to their respective joint task forces after the successful conduct of security operations during the May 12 polls.
