The turnover ceremony was held at the Provincial Capitol Grounds in Amas, Kidapawan City, Cotabato, and was attended by mayors from various municipalities who formally received the ambulances. The beneficiaries of PCSO’s Medical Transport Vehicle (MTV) Donation Program include the provinces of North Cotabato, Davao del Norte, Davao del Sur, Davao Occidental, Basilan, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi, Sultan Kudarat, Sarangani, South Cotabato, Maguindanao del Norte, and Maguindanao del Sur. Through this program, PCSO aims to ensure that every municipality across the country is equipped with a dedicated medical transport vehicle, enabling faster emergency response and improved access to vital healthcare services, especially for communities located in remote or underserved areas. So far, the PCSO has successfully turned over 1,540 PTVs, effectively reaching 89% of the country’s 1,724 municipalities, as part of its nationwide effort to strengthen emergency medical response and healthcare accessibility.
