A Korean who is facing charges in his home country has been arrested and transferred to the custody of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in Muntinlupa City, the bureau said Friday.

According to the NBI, the Korean is facing charges for alleged violation of Korean laws, namely the Korean National Sports Promotion Act, the Criminal Act, and the Act on the Regulation of Punishment for Concealment of Criminal Proceeds.
