Several houses in Happyland in Tondo, Manila were hit by fire early Tuesday morning, James Agustin reported.
The fire spread quickly to the houses that were adjacent to each other as most of them were made from light material.
Traffic congestion was also reported along Road 10 southbound lane as several fire trucks rushed to respond to the alarm in the area.
As of posting, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) has raised the fourth alarm in which at least 16 fire trucks are needed to put the fire under control. — BAP, GMA Integrated News
