Five roads in Metro Manila will be temporarily closed to traffic on the weekend due to repairs and reblocking, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced Friday.
In an advisory, the agency said the Department of Public Works and Highways will undertake weekend repairs on the following roads starting 11 p.m. of March 17, until 5 a.m. on March 20:
- EDSA Northbound (innermost lane) between Ayala Avenue and Buendia Avenue, Makati City
- EDSA Northbound Mahal Kita Hotel to Taft Avenue
- C-5 Service Road, Bagong Ilog infront of M.I.H. Building, Pasig City
- C-5 Road between Lanuza and Canley Road, Pasig City
- Commonwealth Avenue 1st lane from MRT 7
