Pampanga’s culinary excellence takes the spotlight as four local restaurants earn recognition in the MICHELIN Guide 2027.
Apag Marangle by Chef Manuela Cherry Pasion Tan and Tito Boy by Chef Bong Sagmit received the MICHELIN Bib Gourmand distinction for quality cooking at good value, while SOUQ Pampanga in the City of San Fernando and Mila’s Tokwa’t Baboy in Angeles City were named MICHELIN Selected restaurants.
The recognition celebrates the creativity, dedication, and rich culinary heritage of Kapampangan chefs and restaurateurs, bringing the province’s distinctive flavors to a wider audience.
