A member of a cargo ship’s crew was killed while two others were injured after an explosion and a fire hit the vessel in Tondo.
According to Nico Waje’s report on “Saksi,” initial information showed that there was a storage of LPG tanks in the cargo ship.
There was also paint and thinner.
Black smoke was seen from Pier 18 at the Port Area in Vitas, Tondo
