MANILA, Philippines — Some areas in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal will have power interruptions this week because of maintenance works, Meralco said on Sunday.
It said that some parts of Brgy. Bagong Pag-asa and Bago Bantay in Quezon City will have no electricity on July 7 between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. because of line reconductoring work along Road 2.
Some portions of Justice St. from Amethyst St. to New Capitol Estate 2 Subd.; and also Meralco Commonwealth Business Center along Commonwealth Ave. in Brgy. Batasan, Quezon City will have no power on July 8 between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. due to line reconductoring work along Justice St. in New Capitol Estate 2 Subd.
Some areas in the villages of Culiat and Pasong Tamo will also have power interruptions on July 10-11 between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of line reconductoring works and replacement of electricity poles along Glenn St., Opal St. and G. De Jesus St.
In San Juan City, some locations in the villages of Sta. Lucia and Maytunas will have no electricity on July 7 between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. because of the installation of electricity facilities and line reconductoring works along F. Manalo St., Wilson St. and V. Cruz St. in Brgy. Sta. Lucia and in Brgy. Maytunas.
Some parts of Bridgetowne Blvd. in Bridgetowne East, Brgy. Rosario, Pasig City will have no power on July 7 between 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. due to the installation of electricity facilities along Bridgetowne Blvd.
Some sections of Sitio Imelda along Maharlika Road in Brgy. Upper Bicutan, Taguig City will have power interruptions on July 9 between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. because of the installation of electricity facilities along Maharlika Road.
In Bulacan, several places in the villages of Banaban, Baybay, Binagbag, Donacion, Encanto, Laog, Marungko, Pulong Yantok, San Roque, Santa Cruz, Santa Lucia, Santo Cristo, Sulucan and Taboc in Angat; some areas in the villages of Bayabas, Camachile, Kabayunan, Pulong Sampalok and Sapang Bulak in Doña Remedios Trinidad; some locations in the villages of Bangkal, Baraka, Bigte, Bitungol, Matictic, Minuyan, Partida, Pinagtulayan, Poblacion, San Mateo and Tigbe in Norzagaray; some sections in the villages of Pinagkuartelan, Siling Bata and Siling Matanda in Pandi; some parts of Brgy. Minuyan, Brgy. Minuyan II and Brgy. Minuyan Proper in San Jose Del Monte City; some areas in the villages of Pulo, Sapang Pahalang and Tukod in San Rafael; and a portion of Bgy. Casalat in San Ildefonso will have power interruptions on July 7 between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m. and then 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. because of repair work inside the Meralco-Sapang Palay substation.
In Cavite, some places in Brgy. III and Brgy. IV in Alfonso will have no electricity on July 6 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. because of the replacement of electricity facilities along Aveo St. in Brgy. IV.
Some sections in Brgy. Pasong Kawayan 2, Gen. Trias City, Cavite will have no power on July 6 between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. because of line reconstruction works along Bagong Kalsada St. in Bgy. Pasong Kawayan 2.
In Laguna, the whole of San Isidro Heights Subd. in Brgy. San Isidro, Cabuyao City will have no electricity on July 8 between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. because of line reconstruction work.
Also, some places in Bamboo Orchard Subdivision in Brgy. Banay-Banay; and some sections in Centennial Homes Subd. Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3 in Brgy. Pulo will have power interruptions on July 8 between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. because of the replacement of electricity poles and line reconstruction work.
Some places in Brgy. Magsaysay, San Pedro City, Laguna will have power interruptions on July 11 between 12:01 a.m. and 5 a.m. due to the replacement of an electricity pole along R. Magsaysay Ave.
In Rizal, some parts of Brgy. Batingan, Binangonan will have no electricity on July 7 between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. due to line reconductoring work and replacement of an electricity poles along Flordeliza St. and Mechilina St.
