The Frazzled Cook was founded by LeeChoaChengCo Inc., a group of four women who partnered to bring this quaint culinary concept to life. Their shared vision was to create a restaurant that would stand out from its surroundings by offering a different kind of dining experience—one rooted not in formality, but in warmth.

More than just a place to dine, it was meant to be a “home away from home,” where guests could slow down, relax, and savor comforting meals in an inviting setting.

True to its mission, the restaurant serves a home-cook-style Western-Italian menu, presenting well-loved international dishes with a personal, soulful touch. Each plate reflects the kitchen’s commitment to familiarity and fulfillment—flavors that feel both globally inspired and intimately comforting, crafted to evoke cravings that linger long after the meal ends.

Among their must-try dishes include the Squid Salad, a medley of crisp greens with slivered prunes, walnuts, home-made croutons, and sweet peppery squid in basil vinaigrette.

For pizzas, one must-try is the Chorizo Pizza, topped with homemade chorizo, bell peppers, cheddar cheese, and kesong puti made from carabao’s milk. It brings together familiar local flavors in a comforting, satisfying dish that’s perfect for sharing.

Craving pasta to go with your pizza? The Truffle Pasta is a standout choice. This mixed pasta is tossed with sautéed Portobello mushrooms in a rich homemade white truffle sauce, then topped with bacon bits for an extra layer of flavor. Creamy, savory, and satisfying, it’s a comforting dish that pairs perfectly with their hearty pizzas.

Complementing the cuisine is the restaurant’s unmistakable ambiance. The Frazzled Cook is celebrated for its cozy, eclectic interiors—marked by mismatched furniture, dim ambient lighting, and quirky décor collected from around the world. Every corner tells a story, creating a space that feels lived-in, personal, and delightfully unconventional.

For those planning private events, The Frazzled Cook offers flexible venue options. They have one private room that can accommodate up to 25 guests, with a consumable fee of Php 20,000 for three hours. Meanwhile, a full restaurant buyout can host up to 85 guests, with a consumable fee of Php 70,000 for four hours, ideal for larger celebrations and special gatherings.

In the heart of Makati’s business district, The Frazzled Cook continues to charm diners with its distinctive blend of comfort food and character-filled design—an inviting refuge where good food, warm memories, and a touch of whimsy come together, time and time again.
