The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) strengthened its commitment to inclusive education and social welfare by turning over a 485,000 grant to the Community of Hope Special Education Center (COHSEC) on December 12, 2025. The grant, released through PCSO’s Institutional Partnership Program, was handed over by PCSO Misamis Occidental Branch Head Larrah Labuntog-Quintos and Social Worker Jelaica Cobrado to Sister Cecilia Cuizon, SSC, Administrator of COHSEC. The financial assistance aims to support COHSEC’s educational programs for children with special needs, enabling the institution to enhance its learning initiatives and sustain its mission of providing quality, inclusive education.
