Nick Yaquin, 39, a resident of Sitio Tugasa, Barangay Guadalupe of the said city was bringing a passenger to Barangay Banilad, Cebu City when he was hit by a cab driven by Leo Romaguera Pameran, 40, of Villa del Rio, Barangay Babag, Lapu-Lapu City.
Pameran, who was carrying a passenger to Urgello Street in Cebu City admitted to Parian police that he had fallen asleep at wheel causing his vehicle to encroach on the opposite lane and hit Yaquin.
The motorcycle’s passenger, Jessa Lubapiz, 19, was hurt from the accident. (BBT, TPT)
