Bamboo, a minor, hails from Sitio Lawis, Barangay Mambaling, Cebu City.
His alleged cohort, Raymond Gablines Palmitos, 19, also an HVI, a resident of Sitio Ibaan, Barangay Banilad, Cebu City, was also nabbed by the police.
Major Armando Labora, chief of Guadalupe Police Station, told SunStar Cebu that around 200 grams of suspected shabu with a street value of P1,360,000 were confiscated from Bamboo.
Another big-time pusher was also handcuffed at 1:50 p.m. on the same day for having in his possession five grams of alleged shabu worth P34,000 during the anti-illegal drug operation in Barangay Poblacion, Liloan town, northern Cebu.
Major Welther Grapa, chief of Liloan Police Station, identified the suspect as Edrai Jude Salvado, 20, a resident of Sitio Cogon of the said barangay. (GPL, TPT)
