The victim, Rodrigo Soyco Nabaja, 42, married, a resident of the said place, sustained severe wounds in the head and body.
Investigation conducted by the Balamban Police Station revealed that the victim was traversing the barangay road on his way home when he crashed into the dump truck with plate number KAK 5790 that was parked on the road.
Police said the dump truck occupied half of the entire road and no early warning device had been placed on the street to alert motorists.
The victim, who was reported to be drunk at the time of the incident, was brought to Balamban District Hospital, where he was declared dead on arrival by attending physician. (AYB, TPT)
