The suspects were identified as Joel Pastoril alias Dodong, 42, a cellphone technician and alleged drug den maintainer, and his runner, Richele Hamoy 38, a laundrywoman.
Also arrested were cellphone technicians Mark delos Reyes, 30, and Mohiamin Panantaon, 26, who were caught sniffing alleged shabu inside the drug den.
Seized from them were six packs of suspected shabu weighing 20 grams worth P136,000 and drug paraphernalia.
According to Leia Alcantara, information officer of PDEA 7, that prior to the drug raid, they conducted a case buildup against the suspects for two weeks after receiving information from a concerned citizen about their unlawful behavior.
The authorities learned that Pastoril can dispose 50 grams of alleged shabu every week. (AYB, TPT)
