Staff Sergeant Jacinto Arnado of Mabolo Police Station 4 identified the victim as Ulysses Maglasang, 73, of Nivel Hills, Barangay Lahug.
Maglasang was rushed to a hospital but the doctor pronounced him dead.
The pedestrian, who was slightly injured, went home after the incident.
The victim’s son, Odilan Maglasang, said he was told by the doctor that his father may have had a stroke before he died. (BBT/TPT)
