Rosell is the mayor’s executive secretary.
Former City Administrator Suzanne Ardosa was moved to head the Department of Manpower Development and Placement (DMDP).
Lawyer Jerone Castillo has also been appointed to lead the City Legal Office.
Castillo is the special assistant to Rama.
Rama made the announcement on April 3, during the City’s commemoration of the Battle of Tres de Abril. (JJL)
