Barcenas told SunStar Cebu on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 that they are currently doing “some finishings” for their part in hosting the competition known as the Festival of Festivals in Cebu province.
According to the mayor, as the host city, they are in charge of arranging venues for both the ritual showdown and street dancing competition as well as setting up lodgings for the delegates.
The cultural event will be held in Carcar City for the first time,
At least 50 contingents from the different cities and municipalities in Cebu, including guest delegates from Cebu City and Lapu-Lapu City, will join the event. (KJF)
