IN A remarkable display of partnership and environmental stewardship, the Armed Forces and Police Savings and Loan Inc. – Cebu (AFPSLAI-Cebu) and the 53rd Engineer Brigade of the Philippine Army recently joined forces for a joint tree planting activity in alignment with the Army’s Greening Program.
