A graduate from the Technological University of the Philippines – Manila is the topnotcher in the April 2023 Special Professional Licensure Examination for Architects, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced.
Melvin Brian Inlong Cariaga garnered a percentage rating of 83.20, besting 120 examinees who passed the exams given last April 2023 in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Al Ahmadi, Kuwait; Al-Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Doha, Qatar; Manama, Bahrain and Singapore.
