Graduates of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) and West Visayas State University-La Paz shared the top spot following the licensure examination for nurses held in November, according to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Saturday.
Both PLM’s Aristotle Castronuevo and WVSU’s Cris Vinz Tomboc posted a rating of 91%, while Carl Justine Pantig of the University of the Assumption took second place (90.80%).
Aleck Hans Ison (University of Santo Tomas) and Dusty Kawi (Benguet State University-La Trinidad) placed third with a rating of 90.60%.
A total of 25,761 out of 32,203 individuals, or nearly 80%, passed the exam, which was conducted in 19 testing centers across the country.
The date and venue for the oath-taking ceremony will be announced later, the PRC said. —VBL, GMA Integrated News
