A graduate from Patts College of Aeronautics has been named topnotcher in the December 2025 Aeronautical Engineers Computer-based Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced.
Kyle Michael Atinaja Rocero garnered the percentage rating of 92.55, the highest among 595 who passed the examination.
