Mesa got 90%, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced.
Joshua Aniken Garcia Acusta has a percentage rating of 88.60%, the highest among 983 who successfully hurdled the exams.
The top performing school with 87.50% passing rate is the University of the Philippines – Diliman.
