The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) will be implementing a compressed workweek from April 13 to 17, 2026.

In an advisory on its Facebook page, the DHSUD said this is pursuant to Memorandum Circular 114 that authorized the implementation of a four-day onsite work arrangement in government offices amid the energy crisis.

The DHSUD’s Central and Regional Offices will be open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. of April 13 to 16.

On April 17, Friday, its offices will be manned by a skeletal workforce from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

“Clients and stakeholders are advised to schedule their visits and transactions during the said office hours,” the DHSUD added. — JMA, GMA News
