Eighty-one test takers passed the technical evaluation for upgrading to professional electronics engineers, the Professional Regulation Commission said.
In a statement, the PRC said the exam was given by the Board of Electronics Engineering at test centers in Metro Manila, Cagayan de Oro and Cebu earlier this month.
