PHirst Park Homes, the first-home brand of Century Properties Group Inc., is expanding to Mindanao via a maiden residential development in General Santos City. “PHirst’s expansion in Mindanao, through PHirst Park Homes Gen San, directly reflects our unwavering vision to empower Filipino families with access to quality homes,” PHirst President and CEO Ricky Celis said in a statement. “We see this as more than just an investment — it’s a real opportunity to help shape the future of a dynamic, emerging frontier,” he added. The 25-hectare master-planned community is expected to generate P5.3 billion in sales. Amani townhouses with a 36-square meter floor area on lot sizes ranging from 44 to 60.5 square meters will be priced between P1.8 million and P2.1 million while the Dua, a single-attached unit with a 48-square meter floor area on a 77-square meter lot, will start at P2.8 million. The development will include amenities that promote recreation and togetherness, with open spaces designed for ease of access and enjoyment. The General Santos project follows PHirst’s expansion into the Visayas last year with the 16-hectare PHirst Park Homes Bacolod, which is set to turn over its first batch of homes this month. PHirst currently operates 31 active projects across Luzon and the Visayas. Century Properties Group’s share price rose by 2 centavos to close at P0.66 apiece on Tuesday.
