THE DAVAO City Police Office (DCPO) will deploy a massive security contingent of over 16,000 personnel to ensure peace and order during the annual ‘Pasko Fiesta’ celebrations. Captain Hazel Tuazon, spokesperson for the DCPO, revealed part of the comprehensive security plan, which includes the deployment of DCPO personnel, including both regular Philippine National Police (PNP) officers and Police Auxiliaries, starting on November 21, 2025. The extensive deployment aims to proactively manage crowds, prevent crime, and ensure a safe and secure environment for all residents and tourists participating in the various “Pasko Fiesta” events across Davao City, allowing Davaoeños to celebrate the Christmas season securely.
