The Quirino Avenue northbound entry of the Skyway Stage 3 is now open to motorists, SMC Infrastructure said Saturday.
In a Twitter post, the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) said the opening of the Quirino northbound entry was done “in anticipation of the high volume of vehicles this Holy Week…”
The opening was meant “to ease traffic flow of our motorists.”
The Skyway system and SLEX are being operated by SMC Infrastructure — the infrastructure arm of San Miguel Corp.
Its portfolio of infrastructure projects also include the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX), the Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (STAR), NAIA Expressway, Boracay Airport, the MRT-7, and the Bulacan Bulk Water Supply Project. —Ted Cordero/KG, GMA Integrated News
