The Philippine National Police identified the SUV driver involved in the recent road rage and gun-toting incident in Valenzuela and will officially name him on Monday.
According to a 24 Oras Weekend report on Saturday, the SUV driver’s relatives were informed of the developments in the case, and they promised to convince the driver to surrender.
The PNP Firearms and Explosives Division had also revoked the SUV driver’s firearm license.
The police also located the taxi driver involved in the incident, and he will have a chance to face the suspect.
The viral road rage incident occurred last August 19 when the driver of an SUV drew his gun at a taxi driver in Barangay Punturin, Valenzuela.
