Metro Manila roads undergo reblocking, repairs until May 15 — MMDA

Several roads in Metro Manila are undergoing reblocking and repairs this weekend, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said.
 
In an advisory, the MMDA said roadworks began at 11 p.m. on Friday, May 12.
 
It advised motorists to take alternate routes as the following roads are affected:

1. C-5 Road (NB), J. Vargas Intersection to C5-Ortigas Flyover Approach, Pasig City 

2. C-5 Road (SB), C-5 Road infront of UP Henry Sy. Bldg. (Innermost lane), Makati City 

3. EDSA (SB), below Ayala MRT Station in front of SM Makati (rotomilling/asphalt overlay only)

4. EDSA (NB), Buendia Avenue Extension (3rd lane from bike lane), Makati City 

5. EDSA (SB), fronting Panorama Bldg., and opposite of SM North Annex (2nd lane from center island), Quezon City 

6. EDSA (SB), Cloverleaf Interchange to Balintawak LRT Station (2nd lane from sidewalk), Quezon City 

7. EDSA (SB), fronting Guzent to fronting 1081 EDSA Building, (2nd lane from sidewalk), Quezon City 

8. Commonwealth Avenue (SB), corner Commonwealth Market to opposite Sandiganbayan, (2nd lane from center), Quezon City 

9. C-5 E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue (SB), fronting Unioil Gasoline Station to fronting Cebuana Lhuillier (Truck lane/2nd lane from center island), Quezon City 

10. EDSA (SB), before Cabrera St., (2nd lane from bike lane), Pasay City 

11. Mc Arthur Highway (SB), (S02118LZ) – (K0010) + (-183.50) to K0010 + (-48.50), Malabon City 

12. C-5 Road Doña Julia Vargas intersection near Shell Gasoline Station, along Pasig Blvd., (Westbound) near Universal Robina Corporation, Pasig City 

13. EDSA (SB) from Mapagmahal St., to Kamias Rd., 2nd lane (Travel Lanes), Quezon City

The affected roads will be fully passable on Monday, May 15, at 5 a.m., the MMDA said. —Richa Noriega/VBL, GMA Integrated News
