Passengers of Light Rail Transit Line 1 (LRT1) received a surprise on Monday, a day before the celebration of Valentine’s Day.
According to Oscar Oida’s report on “Balitanghali,” the light rapid transit system’s employees handed flowers and to commuters arriving at the Central Station in Manila and serenaded them.
A giant flower heart was also put up at the train station, along with the artworks of some grade school students centered on their outlook on love.
