A dog suffering from a severe eye condition was rescued in Cubao, Quezon City, the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) said Thursday.
In a Facebook post, PAWS said they received a report that Liesl, also called “Raprap,” was unable to walk when it was found along 17th Avenue.
The dog received immediate medical attention at PAWS but needs to undergo x-ray examinations for her head and body.
