A 17-year-old was raped and brutally killed in Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
According to Mark Salazar’s report on “Saksi,” the victim was naked and had her neck cut when her body was found.
A bolo was found beside her body.
Investigation showed that she was raped.
The victim’s family reported that she was missing after she failed to come home on Sunday night.
The suspect in the crime—the father of the victim’s stepfathjer—was arrested on Tuesday morning in a police operation.
