Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano said the adjustment aims to normalize operations and ensure the efficient delivery of services to Pasay residents and clients transacting with various offices at the City Hall.

Rubiano said the current working hours for employees and public transactions at City Hall are from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

She explained that the working hours at the City Hall were adjusted in 2024 based on Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Resolution No. 24-08 to address traffic conditions and help prevent road congestion during peak hours.

The mayor added that some local government units have already reverted to the 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. work schedule.
