FOR the Manila folks craving that chicken-and-rib fix, Gringo is fired up to announce that it has reopened at SM Manila. It has relocated to the Lower Ground Level with a bigger space and refreshed interiors that make Gringo the go-to clubhouse for a quick lunch break, an after-work hangout, or a laid-back celebration with friends and family.

Even better, Gringo SM Manila is serving more than just looks, with an expanded menu guests can try there. Of course, everyone’s favorite Chicken and Ribs will always be a staple, but diners can also get first dibs on new favorites like Ribeye Steak and Fries, Cilantro Lime Tomahawk Pork, Mango Salsa Chicharones, Ribeye Salpicao, Wagyu Beef Brisket, and more dishes Gringo is keeping under wraps until guests visit.
And if that’s not enough reason to dig in, Gringo has a few surprises waiting. It might be an appetizer in the house, or a little piece of Gringo to take home like BFF sauces, tote bags, or even screen cleaners for those post-ribs finger smudges.
So, diners are invited to drop by Gringo SM Manila and bring their appetite (and their friends). The ribs are hotter, the chicken’s juicier, and the mess is absolutely worth it.
