MANILA, Philippines—A fire broke out Wednesday morning at Sta. Ana in Manila.

According to the Manila Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), the fire started at around 9:10 a.m. and was quickly raised to the 2nd alarm by 9:17 a.m.

Authorities quickly responded to extinguish the fire.
