THE French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Philippines (CCIFP) held the second edition of its sustainability conference, La Conférence Bleue, on Sept. 18, 2025, at Ascott Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. With the theme “The Dirty Work of Doing Good,” the event highlighted real human stories and the challenges faced in pursuing sustainability.
The conference opened with remarks from Philip Mareschal of the CCIFP Sustainability Committee, followed by a keynote from Undersecretary Rosemarie Edillon of the Department of Economy, Planning, and Development. Guided by the UN 2030 Agenda, the program was divided into five segments — Planet, Peace, Prosperity, People, and Partnership — each aligned with specific SDGs.
Leaders from McDonald’s Philippines, Engie, Delfingen, France-Philippines United Action, the Asian Development Bank, Bike Scouts, ACAY, ACEN, Schneider Electric, Spark! Philippines, SM Investments, Sanofi-Aventis, Upskills Foundation, Ayala Foundation, Decathlon, Artelia Philippines, and Sodexo shared insights and initiatives.
