Thus, declared Mayor Vilma Balle-Caluag at the launch on Wednesday, Aug. 16, of the voice connectivity integration Kayabe Hotline – 961-HELP (4357) – aimed at optimizing the delivery of services to the Fernandinos.

Developed and established in partnership with Gur Lavi Corp. (GLC), a telco service provider specializing in business communications solutions, the Kayabe Hotline system uses one of its flagship products TeLavi, considered as a pioneering all-in-one cloud communication technology in the country today.

“The use of TeLavi will give a big boost in the enhancement of internal and external communication of the city government, especially in delivering immediate response in times of emergencies and calamities,” said GLC president and CEO Erwin Co in a press statement, noting that all it takes is to dial 961-HELP (4357).

Co also said that that city government employees may stay connected among one another for better coordination of efforts by using the Telavi application.

Establishing centralized voice connectivity or one-number hotline in the city has been a “long-time aspiration,” for Caluag who values it as “a testament to progress of the city, especially in the arena of digital transformation.”

Punto News Team
