The Rotary Club of Cagayan de Oro is hosting a Membership and Public Image seminar on August 9, from 8:00 AM to afternoon, at the Xavier Estates and Country Club. Led by Rotary Club of Cagayan de Oro President Leony B. Quicoy, the event will bring together key dignitaries, including District Governor Marlowe Selecious, District Learning Facilitator Past District Governor Rogelio Bong Buot, Chairman Rotarian Marco Abrillo, and Co-Chairman President Elect Noel Dajao.
The seminar aims to boost membership growth, enhance public image strategies, strengthen Rotary’s presence in the community, and foster partnerships. Discussions will focus on effective membership recruitment and retention, public relations, and branding techniques, with opportunities for sharing best practices among Rotarians.
Two newly established Rotary Clubs in RI District 3870 will be introduced, Rotary Club of Heartland Gingoog with Charter President Lina Theresa Escudero at the helm, and the, Rotary Club of Lanao Norte with Minda Regis as Charter President.

This event is open to members of the 46 Rotary Clubs under District 3870. By hosting this seminar, the Rotary Club of Cagayan de Oro seeks to improve membership engagement, enhance Rotary’s public image, and increase community involvement.
