CONSTRUCTION of Verona Green Residences is expected to start soon as it broke ground last Friday, July 28 in uptown Cagayan de Oro City.
Verona Green Residences is a flagship project of IDC Homes which was launched last November 2022. It is inspired by the city in Italy which has been the setting of two of Shakespeare’s works, Romeo and Juliet and Two Gentlemen of Verona.
The P1.2 billion project will consist of a series of four-level walk-up green buildings, offering both residential and commercial space. The project will rise on an 11,327 square-meter property in flood-free uptown Cagayan de Oro City near the co existing developments Primavera company’s existing developments Primavera Residences and Primavera City.
Verona Green Residences offers both privacy and a communal setting. Seclusion is maintained by its elongated shape running perpendicular to the main road (Masterson Avenue). At the same time, it interfaces seamlessly (at its eastern end) with the the bustling commercial center of Uptown Cagayan de Oro, offering interconnectivity with everything the city has to offer.
