Traffic fines can now be settled in MMDA’s first satellite office in Ortigas

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has launched its first satellite office located at the Robinsons Galleria shopping mall in Ortigas, Quezon City.

The newly opened MMDA Redemption Satellite Office is located at the Lingkod Pinoy Center at the mall’s lower ground floor. The MMDA, in partnership with Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), launched the satellite office on Monday, Sept. 16.

With the opening of the satellite office, clients do not need to visit MMDA’s main office in Pasig City.

“Among the services the MMDA Redemption Satellite Office will provide include the fine settlement for traffic violations issued by the agency, lifting of alarms for drivers who have been placed on the alarm list of the Land Transportation Office, and processing of drivers’ clearances verifying that they have no pending traffic violations,” the MMDA said in a statement.

The satellite office is open from Mondays to Saturdays, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
