Security and maintenance personnel from SM City CDO Uptown and SM CDO Downtown recently underwent their Annual Joint Tactical Inspection (JTI) at the SM Uptown North Wing.
Mr. Rafael T. Tejada, OIC Assistant Vice President for Customer Relations Service, led the program focused on the importance of teamwork and collaboration in guaranteeing the safety of both mall workers and customers.
During the inspection, Mr. Tejada praised the CRS Heads for their unwavering commitment and ceaseless efforts to create a safe environment in the malls.
Mr. Joey M. Tumolva, Assistant Vice President for Operations, Mindanao 1, further stressed
the need for “working together” to uphold security standards.
The event was graced by the presence of the Deputy City Director for Administration of Cagayan de Oro City Police, Police Lieutenant Colonel Duphar Chris A. Cueresma.
